April Food-as-Medicine Event

“Spring into health” with the Synergy Kitchen this April 19th at 6:00 pm as we create fun recipes capturing the spirit of spring. We’ll be making Orange-Mint Quinoa Salad with Edamame loaded with colorful spring vegetables; fresh mint, snap peas, radishes and oranges will make a beautiful presentation for your dinner table. Our decadent and nutritious Chocolate Avocado Mousse is a simple dessert that takes just 5 minutes to make - it’s sure to become one of your family favorites.
