Grilled Mediterranean Lamb Sliders with Tzatziki
3 Pounds ground lamb
2 White onions, minced
¼ cup minced garlic
1 ½ Cups minced pitted Greek olives
2 Red bell pepper, minced
1 TBS each minced parsley and oregano
- Mix all ingredients together and form into sliders.
- In sauté pan, heat olive oil and pan fry sliders until a crust forms — carefully flip over and pan fry other side.
- Finish sliders in 350-degree oven until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees.
- To serve, cut slider roll in half, spread 1 TBS tzatziki on bottom roll, add slider and top with sliced tomato, sliced cucumber or crumbled feta cheese.
