Dr. William Li, world-renowned physician, scientist, speaker, and author of New York Times bestseller EAT TO BEAT DISEASE, will join us in the Synergy Kitchen live on September 21st at 4pm. With Dr. Li we’ll prepare a healthy pasta rich in ingredients that can boost your body’s health defense systems. We’ll feature broccoli sprouts in our second recipe and talk about the special phytonutrient in this plant that makes it one of the healthiest foods you can eat. Curious to learn what that is?

He’s also been known to demonstrate his culinary skills on The Rachael Ray Show.
