Dr. Kimberly Parks
Dr. Parks is a Harvard-trained clinician, educator and researcher who is passionate about providing enhanced care using a holistic approach with wellness at its core. She holds three board certifications: Internal Medicine, Cardiology and Advanced Heart Failure and Transplantation, and has been practicing in the Boston community for over 10 years. Dr. Parks has extensive experience managing and treating complex medical problems, and through this, became interested in ways to prevent disease and optimize health.
At Synergy Private Health, Dr. Parks uses an integrative approach to health management: to help address existing conditions and enhance wellness through prevention and lifestyle support. With the evolution of our complex medical system, she believes it’s time to put caring into health and health into healthcare.
Dr. Janine Pardo
Dr. Pardo is a Princeton-educated, Board Certified Internist, Preventive and Lifestyle Medicine specialist, and Wellness Expert with more than 15 years experience helping patients to thrive by focusing on the total mental and physical well-being of each person. She practices proactive comprehensive primary care by partnering with patients to address the root causes of issues and preventing problems before they start – not just suppressing symptoms. Her work focuses on thoughtful diagnostic analysis and creating highly personalized prevention and treatment plans with heavy emphasis on lifestyle interventions. Dr. Pardo fuses her high caliber education and medical training with a holistic approach to precision medicine including special interests in the management of digestive health (including IBS and food sensitivities), thyroid health, lipidology and cardiovascular risk reduction, cancer risk reduction, weight, stress and sleep. She uses this approach to help patients prevent and reverse chronic diseases, extend their ‘healthspan,’ and optimize performance across the dimensions of their health.
During the tenure of her relationship with Steward Healthcare, she served as a team physician for the Boston Ballet, the Boston Cannons (professional men’s lacrosse team), and the Boston Breakers (professional women’s soccer team). Dr. Pardo has completed healthcare professionals certifications from the American Meditation Institute, and is a member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and the Institute for Functional Medicine.
Kaitlyn Cooney, MSN, RN, NP-C
Kaitlyn is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, who earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Nursing from the Connell School of Nursing at Boston College. Kaitlyn has worked in the healthcare field for six years and is committed to providing high level comprehensive care and empowering patients to make healthy choices that will help them achieve an optimal level of wellness. Kaitlyn is passionate about leading efforts to triage patient needs, providing lifestyle education and facilitating personalized care coordination. Kaitlyn is a co-leader of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Group in the Northeast region. She is also an active member of the Massachusetts Coalition of Nurse Practitioners.

Dan Rodman is an experienced meditation teacher offering both group and individual classes for Synergy Private Health. He has over 17 years of experience in practice and study of meditation and knows how to offer classes according to your own unique disposition. What causes the most stress in your life? Susan Greeley, National Director of Wellness Services
Susan is a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) of more than 20 years and a graduate of the Tufts University Human Nutrition Masters program. During those 20 years, Susan has focused in the areas of disease prevention, lifestyle change, weight management, integrative nutrition, and culinary medicine.
Susan brings a wealth of experience to CCPHP including (recently) serving as Nutrition Consultant to the Executive Health Program at Atlantic Health System in Morristown, NJ. Susan has also authored a diet/cookbook entitled “Cooking with Trader Joe’s: Lighten Up!” Lastly, Susan is the creator of, and talent for two television cooking series: “Lighten Up with Susan Greeley” and “Simply Healthy.”
