Join us for Heart Month in the Synergy Kitchen, Tuesday, February 15th at 6:00pm for easy heart-healthy recipes the whole family can prepare and enjoy. We'll be making Beet and Carrot Slaw Wraps and Super Green Smoothies. Our own Cardiologist-extraordinaire, Dr. Kimberly Parks, will be leading our discussion on how these foods can help you to lower your blood pressure and reduce your risk for a heart attack or stroke.
